We manage some of the areas most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of your property.
Our Rental Requirements are as follows:
- Fill out and submit your application. (Application fee is $70 for the household)
- The application will then be run. This includes checks for Credit, Criminal History and previous Evictions. ( Our minimum credit score for approval is 600 or better )
- If the application is approved I will then need copies of Id’s and recent pay stubs or, the previous years tax returns to verify income. ( The income requirement is a gross monthly income of 3(three) times the monthly rental rate for the household.
*All applications are processed on a first come first come first served basis. Homes will continue to be advertised as available until a Security deposit is paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order. The Security Deposit will hold the property off the market for a period of 14 calendar days. After that time you would be required to begin paying rent. Deposit may be forfeited if applicant does not sign the lease after home has been taken off market.
